AFWA.
It is a shower but not of the rain.
Its a power, power of the game.
Our brain got washed with those names,
divided for cast by the RUMOURS of sane.
Have you ever noticed in supermarkets the offers where you get 50gm of the product free on 1kg product. Same as our society is, just like a pack of tea having refreshing ayurvedic ingredient but with a 50gm of vile added to it! Currently, it’s a very hot topic to talk on as already our masses are very concerned about protests, JNU, CAA, NRC and debates on them only but no one wants to get involved in it. Rumors are mixed highly in air more than the oxygen, we inhale rumor and exhale lots of the fuss out, without any knowledge we get in the puddle of rumor and make others fall in that.
Rumor no.1 CAA is against Indian Muslims!
Rumor no.2 Muslims from other countries can’t become Indian citizens according to CAA.
Rumor no. 3 CAA is against the Indian constitution as it discriminates in the name of religion.
Rumor no. 4 Any Hindu can become an Indian citizen.
Let’s make it clear and simple, Firstly no Indian citizen will be asked to produce any document to prove their citizenship. Secondly, the amendment does not cancel the existing naturalization laws. Any person from any foreign country seeking to be an Indian citizen can apply for the same under the existing laws. There is no bar on Muslims from anywhere in the world to seek Indian citizenship under existing laws, CAB does not prohibit that. They can apply for Indian citizenship under section 6 of the Citizenship Act, which deals with citizenship by naturalization. Third, Another argument is that the constitution of India is for citizens of India, and the CAA is a special provision for people who are not citizens of India. Therefore, it is incorrect to say that CAA violates the constitution. Forth, It does not give automatic citizenship to Hindus, they must have lived in India for at least five years, and after that, they have to apply for citizenship. It is not particularly biased in favor of Hindus as many are arguing.
We as a youth of our county try our least to contribute something to our nation and then we blame people who are officially chosen for it. Here as contribution I am not talking about a “biggggg” contribution but a small and worth let’s not go too far in things and talk directly. Our country is going through an economic crisis and many fewer people are actually getting into it because rest like us are too busy in handling there routine properly, we are spending hours in a debate that also without knowing about it. NRC and CAA have become a big deal and JNU and DU is getting a hit, people from many places are going on a march or peacefull protest but, do you think its gonna work?
Our country is a SECULAR nation and we are fighting to get back our DEMOCRACY! currently, many people said that JNU should get shut that also without any point of meaning, why? Why does a university needs to get shut the university which gave hundred and more notable alumni are said to get shut, students from different part of India who come to study are said to stay back home because if they enter they may get harmed. In between this left and right-wing people are forgetting there humanity which is almost at the edge. People are pointing each other biased but forgetting that even there is one finger pointing on them, who are supporting are behind those invisible conceal and people who are protesting are behind bars, injured or still protesting.
